              When you buy your product(s) from Sublimac it is given that you have read and understand the following terms and conditions of sale.

              We have tried  to make these terms and conditions easy to read. If you come across any terms you don't understand please contact us we will be happy to help.

              You do not need to become a member to buy from us. Members are customers who have bought from us in the past and/or who have discounts vouchers only.

              Supply.
              We undertake to supply you with the goods as described on this website.  If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirements with us by phone first, to make sure that we can deal with your order in a timely fashion.  In the event you are not home when delivery is attempted and you fail to collect your items from the Sorting Office or arrange re-delivery from our couriers, the items are then returned to us. We will then wait 14 days before we will resell.  Your money will be refunded, minus the postage and packing costs, on the 14th day.  If the item you ordered was personalised in such a way it cannot be re-sold, you will be refunded minus the postage and packing cost and also minus the actual cost we paid for the blank item itself before it was personalised for you and rendered unsaleable to others.

              PLEASE NOTE: Sublimac will not accept orders where the personalisation involves racism or profanity.

              Contact.
              We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well-informed, should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered or the delivery date.  We will not e-mail you at all without your permission. Therefore in order to receive any discounts you will need to subscribe to our newsletter.

              Delivery.
              We rely on the Royal Mail  and a courier service to deliver your goods in a timely manner.  When goods do not arrive on time, as requested, please e-mail us or phone. We will be happy to arrange re-delivery for you, provided that the selected goods are still available.  Where this is not possible a refund will be given.  We will not, however, be liable for any  extra losses above and beyond the orginal cost of the goods and the postage costs there of that you may have incurred by the action of these third parties.

              Refunds.
              PERSONALISED ITEMS: Please be aware that personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations (see foot of page).  However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. A signature is required upon delivery, so in the event of your items being lost in the mail one replacement will be sent by a trackeable method whilst we begin our claim with Royal Mail.

              NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS: In the event of your items being  lost in the mail or you're not happy with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable,  the original goods need to be returned in a re saleable condition. (If lost in the post, you cannot return it to us, unless it turn's up at a latter date.)  Once we have received the goods back, we will refund your money back to you. in the way in which we received it.  All refunds given within 30 days from the date of your order.  (Don't worry it is normally much quicker that!) Please ensure that your goods are returned to us via recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in this return post, you are.  If we do not receive a goods back, we cannot refund.

              Cancellation rights.
              Under the terms of the Distant Selling Regulations, you have 14 days in which to cancel your order placed with us, and 21 days to return the goods to us. This is called your "cooling off " period.You can also unsubscribe our newsletter at any time - simply e-mail us "news letterstop."  PLEASE NOTE that items which have been personalised for you in such a way that they would be useless to anyone else are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

              Payment.
              Pay online with Paypal, using your credit/debit card or Paypal balance.  We do not see details of your credit card etc., that is between you and PayPal - all we see is the balance deposited into our account.  If we refund you, the money will go onto your Paypal balance.

              If the credit/debit card you have registered with Paypal has expired, your payment will come to us as an e-cheque whilst Paypal attempt to draw the money from your second source, normally your bank account.  An e-cheque takes upto 10 days to clear and if you don't have the funds in your bank account it will be declined.  For this reason we do not post your goods out until we have all the full cleared payment into our account.

              VAT.
              We do not charge VAT on anything as we are not yet VAT registered, however when we do become VAT registered we will be charging it at the then current rate.

              Complaints.
              Although we don't have in place an offical complaint procedure we do take your complaints very seriously - our success depends upon happy customers!  We would advise you to e-mail us, clearly and politely stating what the problem is and how you would like us to resolve it.  We will then take all reasonable steps to ensure a happy outcome for both you and us.  We aim to deal with any complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.  During busy periods such as Christmas, the sheer volume of our work may cause a slight delay.  Please, if you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, resend your message, as it would seem that we have not received it.  We reserve the right not to deal with people who treat us unfairly, or are rude and abusive.

              Advertising and Links.
              Our website contains adverts and links to other sites.  Please be advised that Sublimac is in no way responsible for the content of these other sites.  Your contract is between you and that website alone.  And you agree that Sublimac is not liable for these other sites.

              Discounts & Vouchers.
              From time to time we make use of discounts and voucher schemes, which are open to our valued customers only.  Any misuse of these schemes will lead to all of your orders being cancelled, and you being blocked from using this website.  These vouchers and discount  codes can only be used once, by that account.  Once used the code will become invalid.  Persons found to be sharing the code will be blocked from this site, and any orders in place will be cancelled unless they have been given permisson by us to share that code.
              Discount vouchers are also time limited.  So it's  a case of "use it, or lose it!"

              Indemnity.
              You agree to indemnify Sublimac against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses incurred suffered and any claims or legal  proceedings, which are brought or threatened, in each case arising from your  use of our website or our products.

              Law and jurisdiction.
              Any purchase made on this website is governed by English consumer law. When you buy from us, is taken as understood that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions given above, and that you agree to abide by them.

              All the above does not affect your statutory rights.  Under UK and consumer law.
